Exciting Announcement!

Hello!  During November The Memory Nest had a sketch designer call.   

I am thrilled to announce that we have two new sketch designers for our monthly challenges.  

Congratulations to Crystal and Kellie!!

Crystal Schneider is a current design team member.  

Her first sketch will be posted in our January 20th challenge.

Crystal's layouts are always amazing. I am thrilled to see and 

share the sketches she creates with all of you!

Hello December!

Good Morning. I hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas and enjoyed spending time with family.  

We had a lot of fun.  Santa was very good to my kids.  

Today, Jen is back sharing her last project with the Glitz Hello December Collection!  I asked Jen at a scrap night recently if she ever used Color Shine sprays on wood veneer.  I decided to try it.  We both liked the way that it looked.  Jen sprayed the wood veneer pieces on her layout with the yellow and red Color Shine.  So fun!!!  The colors in this paper collection are so vibrant and I love all the fun patterns.

More Making Merry

In my Vroom, Vroom Car!

Hello ladies.  Sharing some layouts I created with a challenge over at The Paper Vine.  I told Michelle that I would play along and even though I am a little late, here are my layouts using her sketch.  Great layout for a bunch of fun pictures like these.

Making Merry!

Hello!  I hope the holidays aren't overwhelming you too much.  I know this month is flying and I have been super busy with so much, sometimes I don't even know what!  I apologize for being so absent - I will be better once Christmas is over!

Today we are sending a little holiday cheer your way with a collection by Little Yellow Bicycle.  

Kelli is Making Merry with this great Christmas line.  

I love what Kelli did with both layouts.  She did an amazing job incorporating the tree background paper (which can be hard to use on a layout) with pictures of her tree and presents.  I also love the block design she created with the chalkboard paper.  She was able to highlight her boys and the fun papers/embellishments!!  Lovely layouts, Kelli.
